How can I locate it?

the file on your desktop, you can find it by

--> find files or folders". In the Search
field type "smartdownload.exe", make
sure that the "local drives" option

and then click "find now". After the
file is found, simply double-click it and follow
the installation instructions.

is the "Desktop"?
Desktop is the term used
to describe the background area on your computer
monitor. When all your programs are minimized,
what you are looking at is the Desktop. You
should see icons towards the top left corner
for "My Computer," "Recycle Bin,"
and any other programs your system may have

Creating an account is

error when trying to login. What do I do now?
If you have not yet created
an account, you will need to do so before you
can log in and begin playing. If you already
have an account and are getting this error,
most likely you have mistyped either your user
name or your password. First, make sure that
your caps lock key is turned off, then, double-check
the spelling of your username and retype your
password. Remember, although your username is
not case sensitive, your password is, meaning
lowercase and uppercase characters must match
your original password entry exactly. If you
are still having problems logging in after these
steps, please contact customer support and we
